Abstract
In an example of self-led childcare where we effectively draw out the perceptions and abilities of toddler-age children, we compiled this report on simultaneous care for children of different ages using hand/finger play, eurythmics, children’s songs, and more at nursery schools. We examined the effectiveness of these specific techniques used by nursery school teachers with a view to activating the subconscious each and initiative of each child, and further to encourage active learning and empowering of these children. Early childhood education emphasizing active learning and empowerment of children not only encourages children to self-lead, but also empowers nursery school teachers. It further provides an opportunity to bolster a sense of camaraderie as well as specialization.
