[要約] 保護観察における新しいアセスメントツール Case Formulation in Probation/Parole（CFP）は，⒜ 保険統計的手法による再犯リスク予測，⒝ 動的犯罪誘発性要因と動的保護・改善更生促進要因の分析，⒞ ケースフォーミュレーションによる，非行や犯罪に至る長期的プロセスの検討からなる。本研究では，CFPを使用する意義と実施計画策定上の留意点を論じるため，法務省提供の匿名化された35の保護観察事例データに基づき，保護観察官等による研究チームがCFPを用いた分析を行い，求められる処遇方針を検討した。CFP使用の意義として，動的二要因を包括的に把握し実施計画に反映できること，ケースフォーミュレーションによって，より個別的な処遇方針が得られ，深い見立てのため必要な情報を特定できることが挙げられた。また，多くの事例で外傷的な体験があり，そのネガティブな心理的影響が非行や犯罪に関連していると考えられた。そのような事例では，トラウマへの十分な理解と慎重な対応が必要だとされた。

[SUMMARY] New assessment tools for individuals under supervision in Japan（Case Formulation in Probation/Parole: CFP） assess ⒜ actuarial risk for recidivism and ⒝ dynamic risk factors and dynamic protective and promotive factors. Also, the CFP analyzes ⒞ the longitudinal process of factors that influence their offending by applying a case formulation approach. The objectives of this study were to determine the clinical implications of using the CFP and suggestions for supervision planning. A research team of professionals, including probation officers, examinedde-identified case data of 35 individuals under supervision provided by the Ministry of Justice in Japan, assessed them using the CFP, and discussed possible effective supervision strategies. The case study results indicated thatthe CFP could comprehensively assess both dynamic factors and incorporate them in supervision planning. Moreover, we found that the results of case formulation in the CFP were helpful to identify individualized supervision strategies and information needed for deeper assessment. Furthermore, the research findings showed that most of the individuals in this study had experienced traumatic events, and the resulting negative psychological effects were most likely related to their crimes. At the same time, we pointed out that supervision practices for individuals with traumatic experiences should be based on understanding and careful consideration for the impact of trauma.
