Description

<p>A little-known species, Epermenia uedai Kuroko & Gaedike, 2006 is reported for the first time from Honshu and Hirado Island, Japan by rearing the larvae on the leaves of Pittosporum tobira, a species of Pittosporaceae. This is the first record of its host plant. The females of E. uedai are described for the first time.</p>
