<p>Amid the shortage of human resources in the logistics industry and the increasing demand for logistics in urban areas, mountainous areas, remote islands, etc., a licensing system for drones flying beyond visual line of sight has begun, and the day when drone logistics will be put into practical use is drawing near. On the other hand, when logistics using drones begins in earnest, social issues such as safety and noise are expected to increase. So far, the authors have measured the sound generated by drones of several sizes during flight and reported on the characteristics of the sound generated1). By obtaining the 3dB/Double weight characteristic from the measurements, we estimated the single-event sound exposure level when a drone of any weight flies at any flight altitude and horizontal position at any speed.</p>
