Description

Exact three-dimensional angular momentum projection is carried out in order to investigate the symmetry breaking states produced self-consistently by the 3d-cranked Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov method. Brief review of the experimental background and the theoretical approach in our calculations are presented at first. We then discuss the results and ,finally, summarize the contents. This article is based on the talk at Kiken Kenkyukai(YITP workshop), "KYOKUGEN NI OKERU GENSHIAKU KOZO NO RIRION". or "Nuclear Structure Theory at the Limits" on January 21, 1998.
