Abstract

Instead of a metal halide lamp, a UV-LED lamp has been used for UV ink curing system. Since then LED-UV curing printer has been rapidly growing in the market because the printer is equipped with the UV-LED lamp that has excellent properties including power saving, small size, long life and lower heat generation.<br>Especially, the compact and power saving UV ink curing printer “UJF-3042” has been remarkably growing. Furthermore, the UJF-3042 offers a wide range of applications by utilizing its high UV ink print media compatibilities and broad capabilities including a multi-layer print, clear and white ink options and other.<br>Here, we describe a wide range of applications of UV prints to digital print and industrial prints while introducing LED-UV printer “UJF-3042”.
