Description
The specific binding of 131I-rLH, 131I-rFSH and 131I-rPRL was compared between dissociated cells from intrasplenic tumorous grafts and those from heavily luteinized normal ovaries. The specific binding of both rLH and rFSH was much lower in tumorous graft cells than in ovarian cells but the binding capacity for rPRL was not different between the two types of cells. Dissociated cells of luteinized normal ovaries showed a gradual decrease in binding capacity for rLH with advancing age, but the binding capacity for rFSH and rPRL remained approximately the same.
