Abstract

Nowadays, Web APIs are important and will make their way into the mainstream internet marketplace. Unexpectedly, Web API has the longest history. The first successful Web API released by eBay Inc in 2000. And then, years later, Web APIs are rapidly increasing with the advent of devices connected to the Internet. Additionally, the Open Government movement to promote open data and Web APIs. This article introduces the Hack For Japan and the result of Hack For Japan Hackathon through related the Hack For Japan proposal for government together with about the problem.
