Conductance fluctuations and oscillations with applied magnetic field in small normal and superconductor composite wire systems are studied theoretically. It is shown that the phase memory of a normal electron vanishes in a superconductor when its length is much longer than ξ. Superconductors, however, greatly affect transport properties through the Andreev reflection. For example, the conductance of a NSN ring oscillates as the function of applied magnetic field with period hc⁄2e, not hc⁄e.
