説明
The Raman spectra of α-GaPO4 single crystals have been investigated. In the polarization measurements at room temperature under atmospheric pressure we observed seven new Raman lines, not observed so far. In addition, the measurements of the temperature and pressure dependences of Raman spectra show the results which are well in accordance with those obtained for the single crystals of the same structure such as quarts and AlPO4.
