説明

Low-temperature magnetic properties of the γ-phase of p-NPNN are analyzed by the mean-field theory based on the Bethe-ansatz solution of the one-dimensional ferromagnetic Heisenberg model. This substance consists of weakly interacting ferromagnetic chains with the intrachain coupling of 4.3 K. Using the low-temperature data we found that the interchain couplings are not purely ferromagnetic nor antiferromagnetic; J′=0.224 K and J″=−0.176 K. It is shown that the present theory reproduces the experimental results of this substance very well.
