説明

The temperature and the magnetic field dependence of the quasiparticle specific heat CQP(T, H) in La2-xSrxCuO4 single crystals has been investigated. CQP(T, H) of overdoped x=0.19 crystals obeys the scaling law predicted for “clean” d-wave systems. In contrast, for the under and optimally doped x = 0.10 and 0.16 crystals, CQP(T, H) shows the “dirty” d-wave behavior, recently discussed by Kübert and Hirschfeld, indicating a crossover from dirty to clean d-wave behavior with doping.
