Description
The D.C. conductivity, thermoelectric power and photoconductivity have been measured for (As2Se3)100−xGex (x=0, 1, 5, 10) glasses. These data were systematically analyzed by the small polaron model. It might be concluded that the doping of Ge does not influence the dark carrier transport processes but remarkably influence the photocarrier one.
