抄録

Thermoelectric power of Li1+xTi2−xO4(x=0, 0.15, 0.20, 0.22 and 0.25) were measured from 90 K to 300 K. Except for that of the metallic sample (x=0), Seebeck coefficients are proportional to temperature and it suggests a random distribution of localized electronic levels around the Fermi level.
