Abstract

In 2012, National Diet Library launched new Kids' OPAC called "International Library of Children's Literature Online Public Access Catalog for Kids". The OPAC is for elementary school children, which literacy skill and knowledge acquisition are still developing. In this article, developing the concept of the OPAC and several functions for children are discussed.
