Abstract

This article provides the topic to discuss the common feature and differences between "Search" which is the context of the information professionals and the "Enterprise Search". Chapter 2 provides the current state of "Entereprise Search" by explaining a present "Search and Discovery Software" market, and showing the list of the forum that relates to the "Enterprises Search" held in the last year. From Chapter 3 to Chapter 5 sketches out the elements of the "Enterprise Search", the "Internet Search for Consumer" and the "Desktop Search". Chapter 6 describes the "Enterprise Search" in detail. Finally, Chapter 7 touches about what we learn from the Enterprise Search.
