Description

The untouched land readjustment project disturbs urban improvement in Japan. But, the knowledge to release of land readjustment district is scarce. The purpose of this study is to examine the substitution method and conversion process about land readjustment project. And a way of the consensus building is also considered. There is untouched land readjustment district by 138 local governments according to the survey result answered from 506 local governments of whole country. Next, we considered a case of release of land readjustment district in Kawaguchi City. The case in Kawaguchi City achieved district release by giving priority to road maintenance. But, an applied district plan has a problem about resident's understanding and practical use.
