The purpose of this study is to find out the congnition phenomenon of 'Figure' and 'Grand' in Cityscape. We investigated what people see as 'Figure' or 'Grand' in cityscape or what landscape compose elements have a specific nature by means of sending out questionnaires and experimentation using eye-camera instrument. We accounted for what people look at is different from what people answered to look at. Attention-weight, staring-weight and background elements show the cognition phenomenon of 'Figure' and 'Grand' by means of comparing with the results and condition as to be 'Figure' of Gestalt Psycology.
