The purpose of this study is to clarify contents, effects and problems of ordinances regulating the location of Love-Hotels and accommodations related to it by focusing on ordinance enacted and operated by local governments. As a conclusion, locational regulation of Love-Hotels can be classified under four ways, Zoning area, perimeters of specialized facilities, both area of them and whole governing area. In regard to actual situation of newly constructed Love-Hotels regulated by ordinances, limited local government can be seen the new constructions of Love-Hotels. Newly constructed Love-Hotels regulated by ordinances were built out of restricted areas. However, on the other hand, regardless of restricted ways, Love-Hotels not provided by ordinances were built in the area restricted Love-Hotels by ordinances.
