Abstract

This plan was settled on by Jiang Jie-shi in the Republic of China government in the spring in 1946. The characteristic of this plan is that the satellite city planning conception by the mother city and the local city became a basis. It writes down the result of the research below. 1) The satellite city was attempted an expansion restraint plan in the city by the annular greenbelt. 2) A turnpike network between the mother city and the satellite city was formed by the radial road and the double-ring conception which stretches from the mother city. 3) As for the satellite city conception, it introduced the group composition and the regulation system of the social organization into the city planning. These showed that one of the city structure and the public facility plan. It was due to the basic model of the city form.
