抄録
The European Union's park system strategy focuses on the sustainable development. This system has the new method of land use planning and management decisions for preserving the local eco-system and the social economic system. Public participation in planning and management is crucial. The study examines the Po Delta Regional Park in Italy, where many projects concerning the environment and the sustained vitality of rural areas are being put into practice. For the purpose of involving citizens, they make good use of the park system and its buffer zone. Called pre-parco.
