Abstract

<p>The IoT era makes it more important to study computer science and learn how to collaborate with colleagues with different abilities. Based on such a concept, the department of information networking for innovation and design in Toyo University (INIAD) has been established on April 2017 to implement an original curriculum. INIAD has built a new university building with the space for nurturing collaboration and cutting-edge IoT environment, named INIAD Hub-1, and started to utilize the environment for education on computer science and field of various projects. In this article, we introduce INIAD’s approach from the viewpoint of university education in the IoT era.</p>
