Abstract

Current Awareness is a bulletin on library and information science edited by the National Diet Library (NDL). Since the first number in 1979, the bulletin has provided useful information to let Japanese librarians keep current on their library work. This article deals with various respects of the bulletin, particularly "Research Review". In the end of the article new directions the bulletin should be going to take are discussed.
