抄録
Two cases of acquired esotropia treated with correcting glasses for myopia and Fresnel prism were reported. The subjects were 14 and 15 years old female which might be induced by low power glasses and intensive desk work.<br>We prescribed the corrected glasses for myopia and Fresnel prism for diplopia. Esotropia decreased gradually. The glasses correction with Fresnel prism might be useful for acquired esotropia with myopia before the surgical treatment.
