Frey’s syndrome is a complication associated with parotid tumor operation. We report herein on a 70-year-old man who developed Frey’s syndrome after fracturing his mandibular condyle. Although he underwent manipulative reduction, but not an operation, it is suggested that the dislocated condyle injured the auriculotemporal nerve, resulting in the development of Frey’s syndrome. A careful and long-term follow-up is needed for early diagnosis of Frey’s syndrome in patients with mandibular condyle fractures.<br>
