Abstract
We experienced a case of childhood acute myeloid leukemia diagnosed with facial palsy. The facial palsy fully recovered following the chemotherapy for the acute myeloid leukemia at an early stage. It might be the case we otolaryngologists can sometimes experience acute leukemia with otologic symptoms. It is important that we see the patients with otologic symptoms from this point of view.<br>
