説明

On an international scale, there are vast floods of information which have become to be known as “Internet-Caos.” That is why we need the Digital Library, to enable us to smoothly find the information we need. But viewing these new circumstances, we have to examine what traditional libraries, which have been working as the social information infrastructure, can do. We can find the real information between what libraries are supposed to be and what libraries have been. From this, I propose my conclusions as the plan for a Hyper Library and Information Library.
