Description

We report three cases of granuloma annulare in young children. Case 1: A 2-year-old girl presented with ten annular lesions on the buttocks, both lower limbs and both dorsal aspects of her feet. One week after performing a biopsy they cured spontaneously but recurred one month later. Case 2: A 2-year-old boy had several annular lesions on his left limb and both dorsal aspects of the feet. Eruptions repeatedly demonstrated remission and recurrence, and some annular erythema still had not disappeared three years later. Case 3: A 3-year-old girl had an annular lesion on her dorsal aspect of the left foot, which disappeared spontaneously six months later. All cases had eruptions on the lower limbs and feet, however, also tended to remit spontaneously.
