Description
A case of sand flea, which affected the dorsa of right fourth and fifth toes of 37 year-old doctor while working in Kenya, was reported. The both lesions were composed of elevated yellowish papules with central darkening measuring 0.5cm in diameter. The flea and the eggs were removed from a lesion and the wound healed promptly without any complications. This may be the first reported case in Japan.
