Abstract

A group of the employees of Japanese National Railways and their family members was affected with scabies. Treatment was done with topical application of benzyl benzoate lotion and Eurax H, bathing and cleansing of clothes and bed rooms. Sarcoptes scabiei probably from the Philippines was considered to be transmitted by clothing and bedding at the working place and the families.
