Abstract
Autopsy studies were performed on a patient with multiple metastatic skin lesions on the whole body. Signet ring cells were obsereved in the thyroid gland, cardiac muscle, adrenal gland, gall bladder, bile duct and mesenterium. The upper digestive organ was suspected as the primary lesion of this cancer.
