Description

Sixty proturans were collected from Hongo Campus of the University of Tokyo. The collection comprised 5 species belonging to 4 genera in the family Acerentomidae. These species were representatives of the warm-temperate and temperate regions in Japan. Two species, Nipponentomon uenoi uenoi Imadate & Yosii, 1959 and Silvestridia hutan Imadate, 1965, are likely to be introduced into this area.
