Abstract

Hitachi Zosen K. K. has bee developing the nitrogen oxides removal process for combustion flue gases from the earlier period. The 10000 Nm3/h pilot pland of the process is constracted at the Sakai Oil Refinery of Kansai Sekiyu K. K. and now it is in operation.<BR>The described subjects in this report are the progresses in the development of this process, the results of pilot plant operation and the characteristics of new catalysts deve-loped in recently.
