<p>Malignant lymphoma is a disease that is often encountered in the field of otolaryngology.</p><p>Malignant lymphomas originating from the nasal cavity often manifest symptoms from the early stages, and early detection is possible. In the case of paranasal malignant lymphomas, on the other hand, subjective symptoms are usually lacking until the later stages of the disease. We encountered a case of malignant lymphoma in whom the initial presentation consisted of signs of suborbital neuropathy; we report this case herein, with some consideration of the literature. A 79-year-old female visited our hospital with the chief complaints of swelling of the left cheek. Biopsy led to the diagnosis of diffuse large B cell malignant lymphoma.</p>
