Abstract

Multiple shoots were successfully regenerated via meristematic nodules from inflorescence sections of Rohdea japonica Roth on MS medium supplemented with 10μM BA and 1μM NAA. Shoots with unusual variegation types were obtained from the inflorescence sections.
