Description

In our health care center, many programs to promote health in adults have been conducted. Using these programs, we performed a health management approach for 3 months in 19 healthy elderly females, and evaluated changes after this intervention. The obtained results suggested that this approach is useful for changing the behavior of the elderly, developing their awareness of health, and motivating them to promote health.
