Description
The purpose of this study is to evaluate radiological changes of lamina and ROM of lumbar spine using Xray, CTscan on 79 patients treated with osteoplastic laminectomy.<br>Subject included 46 males and 33 females with a mean age of 58.4 years (range: 18∼83 years), mean follow up was 15 months (range: 2∼52 months).<br>We recognized the hypertrophy of lamina (2.5%), non-union of lamina after osteotomy (9.5%), OA change of facet joint (38%).<br>However, there were no instability of lumbar spine and re-stenosis of enlar-gedcanal.
