抄録

The effect of a light stimulus fluctuated by 1/f on the bio-electric potential of the leaf of a kapok plant was measured. The interval of darkness was fluctuated, with the interval of light kept constant. Temperature and humidity were also kept constant, and the same average value of PPFD was maintained for both types of light stimulus.<BR>Sixteen stimuli (2 values of PPFD × 2 types of light stimuli × 4 repetitions) were applied in random order.<BR>There were large variations of the bio-potential on the leaf surface under the low PPFD fluctuated light stimulus. However this effect was not observed with high PPFD.<BR>Fluctuated light stimuli may have application for plant growth acceleration and economical production in plant factories.
