Description
A plant growth experiment using high-intensity visible light-emitting diodes was carried out for lettuce by changing the red/blue ratio (R/B). The result showed that the growth for R/B=10 was the largest compared with R/B=5 and 20 cases for both fresh and dry weights, and even more favorable than the growth under metal-halloid lamps.
