- 病院スタッフの臨床栄養についての理解度に関する検討

【目的】スタッフの臨床栄養に関する知識の把握を目的に調査を行った。【対象および方法】2011年4月と11月にアンケート調査を行った。1回目の結果を公表し、2回目の調査までに栄養療法の基礎的な内容のNSTセミナーを行った。【結果】基本項目の正答率 (1回目) は3大栄養素の熱量は52%、6大栄養素の成分は20%、微量元素製剤に含まれる微量元素は11%、急性期の栄養指標は5%であった。略語の意味の正答率はIVH、BMI、NSTについては約5割にとどまり、半数以上の略語が20%以下であった。高カロリー輸液製剤に含まれる栄養成分を理解している医師は50%以下で、経腸栄養剤の特徴は一部を除き10%以下の正答率であった。1回目に比べ2回目にはアンケート回答数が増加し、多くの項目で正答率の上昇傾向がみられた (有意差なし)。【結論】スタッフの栄養に関する基本知識の理解度は低かった。NSTセミナーで臨床栄養の重要性を啓蒙することで、栄養に対する興味や知識の理解度は向上すると考えられた。
