Description
機械構造用炭素鋼S25C, S35C, S45C, S55C並びに低合金鋼SCr440, SCM435, SCM440の軸荷重疲労特性を求めた. ひずみ制御試験で求めた低サイクル特性と振幅変動法で求めた繰返し応力ひずみ曲線を使って得たS-N曲線は軸荷重高サイクル試験結果と良く一致した. さらに疲労限度は繰返し降伏応力と良い相関関係があること, 疲労限度線図は疲労破断応力で整理すると一元化できることを見い出した.
