Abstract
An application of MIMO multiplexing technology using more than 4 transmit antenna and millimeter-wave are examined with a view to realize Gbps-class wireless transmission. We calculated the 4x4 MIMO channel capacity in environments of TV program productions from the measurement result of 2x4 MIMO channel characteristics and considered the possibility of Gbps-class wireless transmission for TV program production.
