Description
This paper describes a video CODEC that has very small time delay developed for digital SNG system. The video bit rate is selectable from 7M, 9M, 11M or 15Mbps. Total video delay is only 2.5 frame. By this CODEC. It is possible to provide high quality multi-channel videos signals transmission via satellite.
