Abstract

Both ethics in research and the handling of the data and documents acquired within research process have become key issues in conducting recent research projects. However, most writings in this field have only covered the problems on research ethics and the technical methods to write various documents, while few people have paid attention to records and/or information management procedure in research and development activities and recent fruit of information and communication technology. They are investigated and studied in this article. Key success factors for records management in research and development are proposed.
