Abstract

Medical environment around hospitals are changing now, and Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare starts the medical administration system reform in 2006. It concludes DPC(Diagnosis Procedure Combination) for patient viewpoints with health expenditure. Management of medical record supports medical service. And hospital libraries provide medical information with database recently. Users are not only medical staffs but also patients, because patient service is tendency to become more important in hospitals.
