<p>B 細胞性リンパ腫の多くは、細胞表面免疫グロブリン軽鎖（κ、λ）の発現解析でクロナリティを示す。今回、我々はフローサイトメトリー検査（Flowcytometry：FCM）の2 カラー解析にてκ, λ鎖のそれぞれにクロナリティを示す2 細胞集団を認めた血管内大細胞型B 細胞性リンパ腫（Intravasucular lymphoma：IVL）の1 例を経験したので報告する。</p>
