説明

Trim, static stability and endurance are discussed about the model airplane and simplified formulas are given for them. Also, wing aerodynamic characteristics are reviewed for Reynolds No. at about 10⁴. Combining these, the reason is estimated why model airplanes have larger horizontal tail (relative to wing) than real airplanes.
