Description
This study is a preliminary investigation of the construction of an indoor thermal environment control system that prevents target diseases and is aimed at proposing a method for environment control at an hourly level by analyzing the relationship between weather and disease incidence. First, we extract the time relationship between meteorological elements and target diseases such as dehydration, urinary calculus, cerebral infarction, and febrile convulsions. Using about 210,000 first aid transportation data collected over 5 years and weather data obtained from the meteorological observatory, we establish a technique to derive causation at a particular time by decision tree analysis. The time range of meteorological elements, which is of the causation of the incident of the diseases, is then identified, and the bifurcation point in time for the incident and non-incident points is extracted. Consequently, we describe an indoor thermal environment control method that regulates non-incident points by calculating a control sequence of the air-conditioner from the bifurcation point to the non-incident trend point for the target diseases.
