抄録

The advanced courses of Hakodate National College of Technology perform “Manufacturing skills succession program” with students and retired engineers who used to work for enterprises. We aim at inheriting “consciousness for delivery deadline, consciousness of cost, ability to plan and ability to grasp progress of work” throughout this activity. The author presumes that this activity realizes all of the engineering educations for students, utilization of retired engineers and contributions to the local community.
