抄録

Nowadays a considerable number of ships have been built, most of which have one-motion bridge control system for main engine. Several setting points for this system are taken into account according to their own experiences and then by trials and errors at the sea trial. In order to avoid such inefficiency, we have developed an easy and convenient method of designing. Namely, it is a simulation of diesel engine maneuvability including the dynamical characteristics of a ship by using a hybrid computer. This time we have tried mainly in the case of crash astern simulation and it is already confirmed by our last sea trial that the new method shows satisfactory performance to assure the estimation of the dynamical characteristics of a ship. In addition to the practical success, we are sure that the method will be developed to the DDC control of ships in the near future.
